What is your job title?Account Specialist.
How long have you worked at Twin hill? 5 Years.
What’s the first thing you do when you get to work? I open my emails and log into the system.
Coffee or tea? Coffee.
Have you read any good books lately? Yes, “The Only Woman In The Room”.
What is your favorite season in Texas? My favorite season is the summer due to the warm and beautiful weather.
How have you progressed since joining Twin Hill? I originally started working in the MW Call Center. After only 6 months, I decided to apply for a position with Twin Hill as a CSR. I was promoted to an Account Specialist within one year.
What are your main responsibilities? My responsibilities consist of helping with Customer Service, acquiring new clients and partnering with different departments to ensure I’m providing the highest level of customer service.
Which part of your job do you enjoy the most? Everything! There is never a dull moment or day!
What is the most challenging part of your job? Trying to exceed everyone’s expectations.
What’s your favorite sports team? The Houston Texans.
What department is your role under? Customer Service.
What makes your team different than others? In my opinion, there are a lot of things that make us different than others. Our determination, drive, and creativeness are just some of the things that make us efficient and unique.
How would you describe your team in three words? Loyal, Dedicated, Hardworking.
Outside of work, do you have any hobbies or interests? I love to spend quality time with my husband and 13 year old daughter.
What has been the highlight of your career at Twin Hill so far? Becoming “Employee of the Year”.
What is one thing that most people do not know about you? I’ve been married for 24 years.
If you could be anywhere (other than the office) right now, where would you be? The Casino.
What’s the best vacation spot? Daytona Beach, Florida.
What will you do when you get home today? Walk my dog and help my daughter with her homework.
