How long have you worked at Twin Hill?
I’ve worked for Twin Hill 3 years. It will be 4 years March 2018!
How have you progressed since joining Twin Hill?
I started off as Data Entry, Data Entry/Admin for TwinHill, an Administrative assistant for Daryl Stilley and now I’m an Account Specialist.
What are your main responsibilities?
I serve as a liaison between our catalog customers, sales and all business units. My main responsibility is managing 300 + accounts while also providing quality customer service, maintaining a relationship with each customer, maintaining websites and conveying expertise in all catalog products.
Which part of your job do you enjoy the most?
Assisting my customers in locating new styles to update their look
What is the most challenging part of your job?
Locating a style/color similar to a discontinued catalog item they consistently order.
What makes Twin Hill’s Account Management team different than others?
We work with hundreds of accounts and not just a few. We do our best to maintain the relationship we’ve built with all of them.
How would you describe Twin Hill’s Account Management team in three words?
Friendly, knowledgeable and dependable
What has been the highlight of your career at Twin Hill so far?
Planning company events. That is so much fun!
Outside of work, do you have any hobbies or interests?
Most of my time at the moment is spent planning my wedding. ^_^
What is one thing that most people do not know about you?
I love to buy cute office supplies! Target is my kryptonite.
If you could be anywhere (other than the office) right now, where would you be?
I’d go to Mustang Island and spend some time with family and friends.
