What is your job title? Vice President of Operations.
How long have you worked at Twin hill? 9 years at Twin Hill. Before that I was at TBI for 7 Years.
What’s the first thing you do when you get to work? Check Emails of course.
Coffee or tea? Coffee.
Have you read any good books lately? Not lately, but “A Thousand Splendid Suns” really moved me.
What is your favorite season in Texas? Definitely not late summer.
How have you progressed since joining Twin Hill? From a temporary assignment to leading a great group of hardworking people.
What are your main responsibilities? Program management, Planning, and Distribution/Logistics.
Which part of your job do you enjoy the most? Developing people and watching them succeed.
What is the most challenging part of your job? Making sure that we meet the customers’ expectations.
What’s your favorite sports team? Oklahoma Sooners.
What department is your role under? Operations.
What makes your team different than others? They are responsible for delivering customer expectations.
How would you describe your team in three words? Dedicated, trustworthy, integrity.
Outside of work, do you have any hobbies or interests? My favorite is having college football Saturdays with friends and family.
What has been the highlight of your career at Twin Hill so far? Being part of a team that has overcome the odds and grown a $3M boutique golf apparel company into a major competitor in the Corporate Apparel space.
What is one thing that most people do not know about you? We have 7 grandchildren.
If you could be anywhere (other than the office) right now, where would you be? At home, by the pool, cooking outdoors for the family.
What’s the best vacation spot? Anywhere under 90 degrees with a great sunset.
What will you do when you get home today? I think that depends on how the rest of the day goes :).
